Key Responsibilities

💼 Your mission – or, in other words: your tasks

  • You will support the design and implementation of automation build and deployment pipelines.
  • You will support the operation, development, integration, and automation of Morpheus and NetBox platforms.
  • You will participate in building and maintaining customer infrastructure on cloud platforms with primary focus on on-prem environments.
  • You will support internal teams with questions related to Morpheus, NetBox, and general infrastructure topics.
  • You will contribute to continuous improvement of processes, automation, and documentation.
  • You will participate in troubleshooting, incident analysis, and operational support under guidance from senior engineers.

Skills

🧠 What you bring to the table – besides the desire to make a difference

  • First hands-on experience or strong interest in build and deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
  • Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Zabbix, Graylog, or Elastic is a plus
  • Interest in diagnosing and resolving incidents in production environments
  • Basic understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Proxmox, or Hyper-V
  • Fundamental networking knowledge including VLANs, IP addressing, NAT, and routing
  • Initial experience or strong interest in container technologies and orchestration
  • Familiarity with Git and GitOps concepts is an advantage
  • Willingness to collaborate, automate, and continuously improve workflows
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and take ownership in a supportive team environment
  • Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage
