- Speak our customers' language: Understand their individual requirements precisely, develop tailor-made concepts, and take care of the entire technical implementation—so that everything runs smoothly and the customer is happy.
- Be creative and solution-oriented: Develop clever, stable, and sustainable technical solutions that really help our customers move forward. You will implement these independently and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Build and operate highly available Citrix virtualization environments: You ensure that our systems are stable and performant at all times – so that there are no downtimes or waiting times.
- Commit to quality and performance: You are always on the lookout for optimizations and improvements to continuously take the infrastructure and service to the next level. There's no standing still for you!
- Solve technical challenges independently or as part of a team: Whether tricky errors or complex problems – you tackle them with intuition and team spirit and find pragmatic solutions.
- Create clear instructions and documentation: So that both our customers and internal teams always have a clear overview.
